  • Achieved $14.7 million settlement in industrial construction case
  • Received $1 million jury verdict for fraud in a case brought by a geologist against a promoter
  • Obtained a $1 million breach of fiduciary duty verdict in a case brought by a charitable foundation against an individual trustee
  • Defended claims brought by 75 neighborhood plaintiffs against industrial contractor in Allums, et al. v. B.P., et al. for a refinery explosion. Settled all claims for total payment of $11,000
  • Successfully appealed order denying arbitration of wrongful death claim in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
