Karissa spent several years practicing in big law firms representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, international company formation, commercial real estate, and other transactional matters, and then parlayed that experience into an in-house career representing corporate clients in highly-regulated industries.
In her most recent position, Karissa served as the first General Counsel of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, the 13th largest credit union in the U.S. Through her in-house experience, Karissa has learned the importance of providing practical legal advice to meet the business needs of a company.
